Has anyone suffered an upset stomach after eating sugar free chocolate. I bought some sugar free Thornton’s Choccys as a luxury treat on my diet and ate them watching tv last night.
I woke up with horrendous gas pains and bloating at about 3am, I barely made it to the en-suite bathroom before all hell broke loose, VERY loose! so embarrassing as I woke my husband.
Could this be the chocolate or a stomach bug?
Anyone else suffered?
